What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed from our systems:

  • Account information (email address, display name, date of birth, profile photo)
  • Charges you filed, votes you cast, comments and reactions
  • Media uploads (photos, videos, audio evidence and transcripts)
  • Push notification tokens and notification logs
  • Terms of Service acceptance records
Where your data appears in another member's records (e.g., as defendant in a charge), that data is also deleted — which may create gaps in other members' group history.
03

What May Be Retained

A small amount of data may be retained after account deletion for security and legal purposes:

  • Server & access logs — pseudonymised after account deletion and retained for security purposes
  • Database backups — purged within the normal backup cycle; deletion is honoured from live data immediately
  • Reported content — content involving illegal activity or minors is retained independently per legal obligations

For a full breakdown of data retention periods, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
